's Letter

Dear Host Family, My name is Naelle, I am 15 years old, and I live in a small town. I really like where I live because it is calm while still being close to the capital, which creates a good balance between a peaceful environment and access to many activities. Through this letter, I would like to introduce myself and share more about my daily life, my personality, and my motivation to join your family. I live with my family, who are very important to me. I have an older sister who is 19 years old, and her name is Matisse. Even though we sometimes have different personalities, we are close and enjoy spending time together. She often gives me advice and helps me grow. We also have a cat named Spoonky, who is truly part of our family. It is affectionate, sometimes playful, and always brings joy and comfort to our home. Ever since I can remember, my family and I spent summer holidays in the same place. We have our routines there, the people we know... This place is a prt of the family. It is like our own little corner of happiness, where we go whenever we can. We have a small house located 200 meters from the beach. My sister and I have spent every summer there since childhood. In my daily life, I go to middle school, which is about 10 kilometers from my home. Every day, I take the bus to get there, which is part of my routine. This time allows me to relax, listen to music, or think about my day. School is important to me because it helps me learn new things and prepare for my future. Outside of school, I really enjoy going out and spending time with my friends. It is something that means a lot to me. We like to talk, laugh, go for walks, and enjoy simple moments together. These times help me feel happy and supported. I also enjoy staying at home sometimes, especially to bake cakes. Baking is something I love because it allows me to be creative and share what I make with others. I am a sociable, responsible, and respectful person. I enjoy meeting new people and discovering new cultures. I always try my best to adapt, to listen carefully, and to respect rules and habits. I am also motivated and open-minded, which I believe will help me have a successful and positive experience with you. I chose to come to the United States because I am very curious to discover your culture and your way of life. I would like to improve my English, become more independent, and live a meaningful and enriching experience. I am especially interested in discovering typical American activities such as school events, sports, traditions, and daily routines, and I would be very happy to experience them with you. I will do my best to integrate into your family, participate in daily life, help when I can, and share many good moments together. I am very excited about this opportunity and truly hope to create strong bonds and unforgettable memories with you. I would like to sincerely thank you for welcoming me into your home and for giving me this amazing opportunity. I am very grateful and I hope to bring you as much happiness and kindness as you will bring me. I look forward to meeting you and sharing this experience together. Naelle
