Dear future host family, My name is Alessia but my friends calls me Alessi. I live in Germany in a middle-sized town with my parents, my big brother, and my dog Lilly. I love spending time with my family. We often play board games together or spend time outside. I also love spending time with my little cousins. When we meet, we spend a lot of time outside and play football or walk through the neighborhood. I really love my dog Lilly. I enjoy going on walks with her, teaching her little tricks, and playing with her. I like to play tennis.I play tennis since 6 years.I love to do funny things for example to go on a roller coaster. For me, it is important to spend time with my family and friends. With my friends, I love doing TikTok dances or following trends. But I also enjoy doing quiet things, for example baking. My family says I make the best banana bread, and when I come to the USA I can bake it for you. I love reading romantic and fantasy books, but I also like watching movies and playing video games. My top Movies are Gravity Falls and Modern Family. I have been in theater class at school for three years now. I really love it because it helped me become more confident. Right now I am in a theater class where we make our own films and can be very creative. I think it is very important to help your family in the house. At home I am responsible for my own room and bathroom, but I also help my mother vacuum the house every Tuesday. I also always unload the dishwasher. Why do I want to go to the USA? The first reason is that the USA has an amazing culture and I want to learn more about it. The second reason is the people in the USA. I want to know how people live there because in Germany many people say that Americans are very open and nice. Because I am also an open person, I think I will get along very well with the people there. And the last reason is that I want to improve my English.
