Hello, future host family My name is Kiame and I'm excited for a exchange year in the USA and a host family who makes this experience more enjoyable. Seeing the American High School life in movies inspired me to spend a year aboard away from my family and friends and start a new chapter in my life where I meet new people, make new friends and experince what it's like to be apart of an american high school. I wish to join a AP class because even here in Germany I'm very active in school activies or school clubs such as a club against racism and I'm the class president for three years now, I also wish to go to prom with a pretty dress and a smile on my face. I would also love to try all the American snacks that we don't have in germany because they look so tasty for example eating Candy corn on Halloween or Peeps on Easter. I see myself as a very outgoing person and I like spending time with my friends outside in the sun where we often go shopping or go out swimming in the summer. I'm also very creative and sometimes even make Youtube videos for my channel or TikTok Videos where I vlog about my day or do dance trends. I have one older brother who is twenty two years old and always has my back but also makes fun of me most of the times but he's also very funny so it's fine. Speaking English was always a part of my life and it started when I was seven years old where I grew a passion with watching videos and shows in English and throughout the years when I decided to change my elementry school I joined a bilingual speaking elementry school where most teachers taught in english and I grew more comfortable with speaking english myself.
