Dear Host Family, I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to introduce myself before we meet each other. My name is Aurelia, and I am very exited to have the opportunity to become a part of your family. First and foremost, I want to express my gratitude for welcoming me into your home. I am eager to immerse myself in American culture and create lasting memories with you all. I live with my family in a house with a garden. My family are my parents and my sister, she is one year older than me. Beside I have two cats, Kally and Lilly. I love to play with them. My family is very important to me. Often I visit my three little cousins and take care of them. In my free time I spent a lot of time with my friends. I have many different friends because I have a lot of hobbies. One of my greatest passions is figure skating. Especially during the wintertime. During the rest oft he year I attend figure skating camps in other countries or where ever there is a chance to get some time on ice. At summer I love to play tennis, to eat a lot of ice cream and sunbath. In winter my family and I often go skiing. This year I started with snowboarding. I enjoy the snow very much. Aside from my sporty hobbys, I´m playing the piano since I´m six years old. I like to make other persons happy so I often bake for other people. I can't wait to share some of my favorite recipes with you! So, why do I want to come to the USA? Well, I believe that living in a different country offers invaluable opportunities for personal growth and cultural exchange. I am eager to learn about American traditions, customs, and way of life. Additionally, I am excited to improve my English skills and broaden my horizons by experiencing new adventures in the USA.
