Hello future host family, Hello my name is Jo and I am very happy with this new opportunity that I have. I would love to experience a new culture and learn more about daily life in another country. I would describe myself as a dedicated person, I usually give without expecting something in return and I try to help people when I can. I am also organized in school and I always try to help someone if they need it. At home I help by keeping my room and bathroom clean, I also take care of my pets and help with family things like organizing dinners or helping to cook. In school I also like helping my classmates when they need it because I think it is important to help each other and bring the best out of everyone. In my free time I like spending time with my friends and family because I feel that I can connect more with them and know them better. I also like sports, in school I play volleyball with my friends and outside of school I play tennis. In winter I usually go skiing on weekends but I think I am better at sports with a ball. I also like reading books, especially fantasy books, and I also study because my grades are important for me, even if sometimes I don't enjoy studying that much. One experience that marked me a lot was being part of the scout movement because it taught me values that I still keep today like helping without expecting a reward, self improvement, fraternity and responsibility, even if I am not in scouts anymore I still try to practice those values every day. I really hope to improve my English, learn about your culture and also share mine because I really like that. I also hope I can be part of your daily life and learn from you.
