Dear host familly, my name is Luiz Felipe and I'm from Brazil. Thank you so much for hosting me, I have no words to thank you for the opportunity you are giving me, I can't wait to experience all of this and enjoy this new phase with you. I have always dreamed of going on an exchange program, I always had the interest of getting to know new cultures, the idea of living in a different place, and meeting new people, I think it will help me a lot in the future, both in terms of learning the English language and in terms of opportunities of college and employment. My family and I are very close, I live with my father, my mother, my younger sister and my dog, and one of the rules of my family is honesty above everything, we preserve ourselves a lot, here we trust and count a lot with eachother. I usually talk and trust a lot in my parents, but even attached to them I know I can get away from them for a while. I am sure I'll like this experience and be able to rely on you. I like practicing some sports, and the one thay I like the most is swimming. At school my favorite subject is Geography. When I was little I've studied in an American school in Brazil, so I know how to speak English and understand everything. I also really enjoy listening to music, watching movies and series, traveling, going out with my friends and meeting up with all my family, I also enjoy a lot all types of animals, I have a dog named Amora, which means blackberry in Portuguese. During the week, I go to school and stay there untill 13:30 pm, then or I come home, or I go to my swimming class that I practice twice a week. On weekends I usually go out with my friends or meet with my family in my grandma's house. And on Sunday mornings, my family and I go to the church, I am evangelical, and I really love going to the church, it's a place where I feel at peace and feel my best. Thinking about the future, I always wanted to be a diplomat, because I really want to represent my country in another one and live in different places, So I really hope to study and work in this area in the future. This is just a little bit about me and my life, I am really looking forward to this new stage and to meeting you, create many good memories, and having an excellent year with you.
