Dear Host Family, First of all, thank you very much for your kindness and generosity in hosting international students. Because of families like yours, students from other countries have the opportunity to experience life and education in the United States. I truly appreciate your willingness to open your home and share your culture with someone from another part of the world. I will also do my best to share my own culture and experiences with you. Let me introduce myself a little. I am very interested in philosophy, logic, mathematics, and music. I enjoy thinking deeply about ideas and learning new perspectives. If you enjoy having thoughtful conversations and exchanging ideas, I believe we could have many interesting discussions together. I also love listening to music, especially jazz and bossa nova. I enjoy music that expresses deep emotions, and it would be wonderful if we could share music together.
