Hello everyone! My name is Mikhail, and greetings from Russia with love! I am very happy to have the opportunity to introduce myself. I am incredibly excited about the chance to live with your family and study at an American high school. This is an important step for me because I want to improve my English, learn more about American culture, and share my own traditions with you. A little bit about my life in Russia: I am currently in the 10th grade. I really enjoy Math and Social Studies classes. I also study English at school, but I believe that the best way to truly master a language is to speak it with native speakers every day, so I am really looking forward to practicing with you. About my hobbies and personality: I am a very active person. One of my favorite activities is riding a sea scooter (or jet ski). I love the feeling of speed and freedom on the water. Besides that, I have always dreamed of trying scuba diving. I hope that in the USA, I might get a chance to try it for the first time! My friends often describe me as a natural leader. I like to take initiative and help organize activities or projects, whether it’s for a school event or just planning a trip with friends. However, I am also very independent and responsible. I am used to managing my own time, keeping my things in order, and making decisions on my own. In my free time, I also study Economics and participate in various sports. But my biggest passion is traveling. I have been lucky to visit many countries in Europe and Asia, as well as many cities here in Russia. I love discovering new things—the culture, the food, and meeting new people. I consider myself a very responsible person. If I am staying with you, you can count on me to be respectful of your home, your rules, and your family time.
