Dear host family, My name is Lyron and I write to you because I want come in your family for the program. I am happy write this but my English is not very good so sorry if I make mistakes or if its not very clear sometimes. I try my best even if its not perfect. In my life I live with my family and I like be with them a lot. We spend time together, we talk, we eat together and sometimes we laugh for nothing and its funny. It is very important for me because they help me a lot and they always here for me when I need. I like also when it is sunny because I like go outside or just stay outside, it make me feel good and I like that a lot because I like sun. At school I try to work but sometimes it is hard and I dont understand everything. I try listen but I loose focus sometimes and I think about other things and I am distracted. I do my homework but sometimes I am tired or I dont want but I still do it because I have to and its important. I try to speak English but I make a lot of mistakes and I am a bit shy so its not easy for me but I try again even if its difficult.But I think I still a good students because I have a lot of good grades. After school I like do things. I play football with my friends and it is fun and we laugh a lot together. We play a lot and sometimes we just stay and talk together. I also listen music almost everyday because I love it. I like also watch films sometimes alone or with my family and sometimes I dont understand everything but its ok I still watch and I like it. I like animals too and I like be with them and take care of them because they are nice and calm and I like animals a lot. My favorite animals is cat but I also love dog, rabbit or even other animals. I like also play video games when I am in my house. With my friends or family, I love when we see football match together and support team like PSG and France. I think I am someone calm and respectful. At start I am shy but after I talk more and I feel better with people and more comfortable. I like meet new people but its not easy at beginning but after its ok and I am more comfortable. I try be nice with everyone and not make problems and be cool with people. I am very friendly with everyone. I want do this program because I want improve my English and see something different in my life. I want discover your culture and how you live everyday and learn new things. I choose your country because I want try something new and not stay in my confort zone and see other things than my life now and change a little. I also want to see how the high school is in the USA. I have always loved the USA and its my dream to do an exchange year here. I think I can be good in your family. I will respect rules and try help a little if I can like clean or help in house or small things. I want share time with you and learn things with you and talk together even if my English is not perfect. I can also show my culture and how I live in my country and maybe cook something simple for you if you want. I can help my future host family in the chores. I am a bit stressed because its new and far from my home but I really want try and do my best even if its not perfect and I know it will be hard at start. I think it will be a very good experience for me and help me for later and for my future and be more confident. Finally, my goal is to be bilingual at the end of the year.
