Dear Host Family, Thank you so much for being willing to participate in the exchange program and accepting me to live with your family. I'm a Brazilian teenage girl and in 2026 I'll start High School here in Brazil. I like to travel and I want to explore the world, including the USA. I want to know more about the American culture and experience it. I love watching Korean dramas. I am a kind, creative, responsible, organized, artistic, academic, fun-loving person. I enjoy doing gymnastics, dancing ballet and theater. I love declaiming poems. I speak Portuguese and I look forward to becoming fluent in English. Although I don't have the opportunity to volunteer here in Brazil (besides the work I do in my church), I want to participate in these activities in the USA. It makes me happy to help other people, especially children. I used to play the piano and the flute. I studied them for many years and I'd like to study again. I'm interested in trying different things and joining school clubs. My dad is a civil engineer and he enjoys his work a lot. He likes learning new things and playing soccer. My mom is a Math teacher and she loves it. She is fluent in the Brazilian Sign Language and she loves traveling. I'd have loved to have siblings, but I'm an only child. I'm very close to my cousins and I love spending time with them. I have a dog called Laika that is 3 years old. She's very cute and one of my best friends.
