Hello dear host family, I'm really excited about becoming part of your family and sharing this experience together. My school routine is an important part of my life. During the week, I dedicate myself to my studies and I participate a lot in class. School has helped me become more disciplined, independent, and I'm really excited about experiencing the American High School system, joining school activities, and possibly participating in clubs or sports to become more involved. I chose the United States for this experience because of its cultural diversity and the good high school. I'm very curious about school traditions, sports events, celebrations, and everyday family life. I believe the U.S. offers a unique opportunity to grow academically and personally while experiencing a different culture in a meaningful way. I'm a responsible, respectful and caring person, I enjoy spending time with family and learning new things. In my free time I like to read some books and mangas, watch films, series and animes, listen to music and crocheting. And I'm also open to doing new activities and getting out of my comfort zone. About food, I am personally open to trying new things, I just don't like very fatty, spicy, or pork dishes very much. I like homemade food but I also love fast food, and my favorite food is pizza. I hope that we can get along, I would love to share my culture, my traditions and experiences with you and I hope you feel open to sharing your culture with me because I believe that staying in a host family is an exchange of learnings.
