Dear Host Family, Hello, my name is Hinaka. This will be my first time visiting mainland America, and I am very excited to go there. I would like to enjoy events and cooking with the host family. My favorite food is fried chicken. I don’t like vegetables, but I like eating. I also like watching movies. I want to watch movies, and I would like to watch movies together with the host family. On weekends, I watch movies, go shopping, and enjoy karaoke with my friends. My hobbies are listening to music and dancing, especially imitating K-POP dances. I’m a member of the badminton club. What I like most about school is the school events, especially Sports Day. I want to learn about American life and experience real daily life. I want to enjoy seasonal events, such as Thanksgiving Day, Halloween costumes, and Christmas decorations. I also really want to visit a big American supermarket. I admire American high schools because of their free atmosphere, long corridors, and elective classes. I often watch American movies and TV dramas. My dream is to become a cabin attendant. I want to communicate with people from all over the world. Through studying abroad, I hope to improve my communication skills and be able to talk with anyone. Now, I would like to introduce my family. My father is a kind person. He teaches me skiing and studying. His hobby is riding motorcycles. My mother is a nice person. She teaches me how to cook, and her hobby is playing with dogs. My older brother has played baseball for 18 years. I often walk my dog with my brother. His hobby is riding motorcycles.
