Dear host family, I’m very happy to be able to live this experience and to have the opportunity to write you a letter. I consider myself a sociable, cheerful, and responsible person. I love spending time with my friends and family. I want to go to high school in the US and live with an American family because I think it's a great way to learn English and learn more about other cultures and traditions, and to step outside my comfort zone. In Spain I live with my parents, my two brothers and my sister, so in US I would like to have brothers and sisters also. We all have a very close relationship. On weekends, we also spend time with my grandparents. I love going to school because even though I have classes, I'm with my friends, something I enjoy a lot. In the future I would like to become a dentist. I’m interested in this profession because I had brackets to improve my teeth, and that experience made me realize how important a smile can be. I would like to help other people improve their smiles and feel more confident, just like I did. I also hope to build my own family one day and have a happy life. At school, I play volleyball with many girls from my class, and we have a team of about 15 people. Volleyball time is my favorite because I love the sport and I have a great time; it helps me disconnect, and it's also good for my health. Twice a week I go swimming at a club near my house. There, I made lots of friends. Besides swimming different styles, we also play team games like relays or water polo. I’m sure we’ll have things in common that we can share when I’m there with you, and we’ll enjoy ourselves. I hope to see you soon
