To my future host family Dear future host family, My name is Kim, and I come from the Netherlands. I am so excited about to opportunity to stay with you this really feels like a dream come true I a year ago I didn't even know what i wanted to do next year but my mom came with this idea and I was instantly excited to do it. I would like to tell you a little about myself and my life. About my family: I have a little brother, my mom and dad, and a cat. My family is very important to me, and I love the moments we spent together, whether it's just talking, having fun or celebrating something special. I think growing up in a loving family has helped me become the person I am now. One of my biggest passions is soccer. I have been playing it since I was six and became a goalkeeper at the age of eight. My soccer club really feels like my second home. I have my best friends there, and I love being part of my team. Soccer has taught me so much. I hope that in America I also can play soccer I think that will be an incredible experience! I also enjoy hanging out with my friends. We do all kinds of things together from just chatting and laughing, to cooking or doing fun activities. My friends mean a lot to me and spending time with them is always special. I hope I would be a good choice for this experience because I am open-minded, enthusiastic, and always willing to try new things. I am respectful, responsible, and friendly, and I really enjoy meeting new people and making connections. I am also very curious about American life and culture, and I hope to see as much as possible and learn a lot while I am there, I would love to attend a big sports game, which i think would be an amazing experience, and I also hope to improve my English.
