Dear Host Family, thank you very much for opening your home to an exchange student.I would like to share a bit about myself so you can get to know me better. I am an open-minded , friendly and respectful person who enjoys being active and spending time with others. One of my favorite activities is playing volleyball, which has thaught me teamwork, communication and responsibility. I have also been playing trombone in a youth orchestra for 5 years.I enjoy challenges and stay calm during difficult situations, something I have learned through experiences like skiing.I am also very good with kids,I just love their attitude. I want to attend high school in the USA and live with an American family because I would love to experience everyday American lif, not just as a visitor but as a family member.I am extremely excited to improve my English, make new friends and learn about traditions,values and daily routines. My parents work full time, but my father works from home so he is always there when I come from school. My mother works with people with disabilities. I have a brother, he is 3 years younger and goes to the 7th grade. We are a very close family and although we sometimes argue I love them. I would like to spend my 11th school year in the United States and then return to complete my high school diploma. I am very interested in aviation and hope to become a pilot one day.Flying always fascinates me since I was a little child. Regards Kaethe
