Hello, my name is Alejandra, I am a very sociable, polite, outgoing, and grateful girl. I enjoy meeting people, spending time with my family, and creating a positive and friendly environment around me. I consider myself an open-minded person, eager to learn and adapt to new experiences. At home, I have a dog named Vega, as I love pets very much. I really enjoy taking care of her, walking her, and spending time with her because she is an important part of my family. I also have a younger brother, Javier, who is only one year younger than me. He is great, and I love spending time with him, playing together, and having fun, as we have a very close relationship. I have two hobbies that I really enjoy. My greatest passion is horse riding, which I have been practicing since I was six years old. Riding horses makes me very happy and helps me disconnect and feel good. I am currently very proud because I am constantly improving and jumping higher with my horse. My other hobby is volleyball. Although I do not enjoy it as much as horse riding, I love being part of a team and sharing competitions with my friends, as I play on my school’s team in the provincial league. At home, I help with daily chores such as setting the table, preparing the cutlery, and walking the dog. I try to do these tasks with responsibility and dedication, as I believe it is important to help at home and take responsibility for my duties. Finally, I would love to have a good connection with my host family, feel like part of their family, and share special moments during the time I spend with them. I am very excited about fully integrating into American culture and lifestyle, getting to know such an incredible country as the United States, and experiencing this adventure from the inside. I am going with great enthusiasm, a strong desire to learn and share, although I am also a little nervous and excited about everything that is yet to come.
