Hello,
My name is Corentin and I am in high school. For several years, I had a desire that hasn’t left me: to discover a new culture and live an experience that makes me grow, academically and personally. That’s why I dream of going to study for a year in the United States.
I am someone motivated, curious and serious. I like to learn, challenge myself and invest me in what I do. I am also very perseverant. when I set a goal for myself, I don’t give up until I reach it. I also like to laugh and share good times, because humor is part of my personality. At the same time, I am very respectful of the rules, whether at school, with my family or in everyday life. What particularly attracts me in the American school system, it’s his dynamic side: classroom exchanges, group projects, and the important place given to sports activities. I am convinced that total immersion will help me to progress quickly in English and gain autonomy.
My family means a lot to me: I live with my parents and I have a big sister of 24 years old. We are very close, and it is thanks to them that I learned the importance of respect, effort, and curiosity. Living in an American family would be a chance for me to share these values, while discovering a new way of life.
In terms of passions, I love sports, especially boxing and soccer which teach me discipline and team spirit. I also like to go out with my friends, listen to music (especially American rap), and enjoy every moment. These interests help me to stay open and sociable, which I think will allow me to integrate easily there.
Personnaly, I am open, sociable and ready to adapt to a new environment. I really want to discover the daily life of an American family, to understand their habits, their way of living, and to share in return my culture and my passions.
I know that this experience requires a real commitment, but I feel ready to take advantage of it 100%. For me, it would be an incredible opportunity: to become more mature, more independent, and to discover a new way of living and seeing things
Thank you for your attention. Going to the United States would be a wonderful experience for me, and I hope to have the opportunity to live it. I wish you a good day.
Best regards,
Corentin
