Hello my future host family, My name is Zih Han but you can call me Liv. First of all, thank you very much for welcoming me into your family and allowing me to live with you and be cared for during the coming year. It is truly an honor to become a part of your family, and I am genuinely looking forward to spending this time together with you. I am an independent, patient, and easygoing person. I enjoy sharing moments and stories from my daily life with my family and friends. Although I am naturally more of an introvert, when I am with people I feel comfortable with or talking about topics I am familiar or interested in, I become much more outgoing. I love music very much. Music helps me relax and also allows me to stay focused while studying. By last summer, I had studied piano for a total of eight years, and I also participated in a school band during elementary school. Although the practice process could be tiring at times, I truly enjoyed performing on stage. I am also an animal lover. At home, I have a cat named Blueberry and a gecko named Mango, and I really enjoy spending time with them. Since I am currently studying at a boarding school, the first thing I do when I return home each week is to hug my cat and check on my gecko. I have a younger brother. Perhaps because we are in our teenage years, we sometimes have misunderstandings, but I love him very much. He has helped me develop a caring personality, as well as patience and a strong sense of responsibility. In addition, I enjoy learning about and respecting different cultures and ways of life. When I previously joined a summer camp in Australia, I especially enjoyed sharing stories about my life, friends, and family in Taiwan with my host family after dinner. I am a foodie, and I often introduce Taiwanese culture and daily life through food and daily life. I am very excited to share these with you as well and learn about lifestyles that may be different from the one I am used to. Again, thank you for having me.
