Dear Host Family, I'm very exited to have the chance to introduce myself to you and become part of your family for a while. I would describe myself as someone who is open to learning new things and meeting new people. My friends say I am a helpful and funny person who tries to see the good in everything. I enjoy spending time with my friends because we are always there for each other and have a lot of fun together. My family and I also share many interests, such as watching soccer, which means we spend a lot of time together. In my free time, I like to play tennis, which I have been playing my whole life. I also like animals and have my own horse, which I enjoy spending time with. I like listening to music because I ride the bus a lot and it helps me forget everything. After school and on weekends, I also like to cook or bake, especially brookies (a mixture of cookies and brownies). I also like to try new hobbies; for example, I would like to start playing volleyball or cheerleading. At school, I'm especially interested in languages and biology. I am looking forward to seeing what school life is like in the U.S. and joining clubs or activities after class. It has always been my dream to spend time abroad in the USA, and I am so excited that it is now coming true. I am very happy to become part of your family and get to know your culture.
