Dear host family, My name is Lara, I'm from Spain and I'm 14 years old. First of all I would like to thank you for making my dream a reality. I live with my parents and my little brother. We live in an apartment although we have a house in a village where we go on the weekends and in vacations. I have a really busy weeks, I'm a student with very good marks and I train so much every days. My days can be repetitive but is something that I enjoy doing. I go to school and depends on the day I leave at one hour or other, because I have some subjects validated because I'm an elite athlete. After the school I go home for lunch, and then I study and do all my homework. Depends on the day I train at different hour but every day I end it training. If I have some free time between the time of study and the training, I always read a book, I love reading too. As I said before, I love reading and doing sport. As well, I like watching movies and series, playing board games... Above all, what I like most is training. Training is very important to me because when I'm training or doing sport, I forget everything around me. For me is the best moment in the day and that's when I feel good. I really enjoy listening to music. I like all types of music because I listen all of them. When I was a child, my dad told me that I had to learn English and go to study abroad for learn it for my future. At that time, since I was so little, for me was a terrible idea. But then, as the time passed, it became my dream. I started looking information and telling my parents about my ideas, until today. I would love to be an exchange student, above all, for improve my English, but also for experience new things and learn about other cultures. I want to live with you, and know you and your culture, do whatever you do and be part of your family. I love pets and animals! Isn't a problem for me if you have some of them, on the contrary. I prefer to have host siblings, I don't care if they are older or younger but if it can't be, isn't a problem, I'll going to be part of your family! I love spending time with my family & friends. All of them are very important for me, every member of the family and every friend. My father's family is bigger than my mother's family. I don't have cousins in my mother's family, but I have 5 cousins in my father's family. I love very much all my family. My best friend Paula, has been all my live with me, she's very important for my daily life. Especially I would like to talk about my judo friends, they're very especial for me, they're always for me when I need them and they always support me and help me to improve. I love them so much. I'm so excited to be an exchange student and I would like to be part of your family. I think that I can adapt perfectly to you and your culture. You can count on me for whatever you need.
