Hi, I am Federico, First, I would like to thank you for letting me become a member of your beautiful family, and for letting me experience this amazing adventure. My family is composed of me, a younger brother and my parents, which I have a beautiful relationship with, we always help each other, and we are very supportive in our activities and decisions. My little brother is nine years old, and with him I have a very good relationship too; we always play soccer, which is his favorite sport. Sometimes my parents scold me because I could keep my room tidier. That is because sometimes it is quite messy, but I’m working on improving this. My main hobby is basketball, which is my favorite sport for two reasons: that I have achieved a pretty high level and so I have a lot of fun playing it and that I get to be with most of my best friends while playing. Another physical activity that I practice is martial arts, in this case I am not doing it to stay with my teammates, but to improve my health and mostly to sharpen my mind. I also have other hobbies: first of all studying. My favorite subjects are Math, Physics and History. Other than studying, I really like playing Chess, playing my guitar, listening to music and I have discovered a new passion some months ago which is cooking, in fact I really like to cook, mostly traditional Italian food, but I also enjoy doing barbecues. I can’t wait to cook with and for you! By doing all these activities I had a lot of experiences that shaped my character, for example basketball taught me how to work together with my teammates, and martial arts helped me learn more about myself. I consider myself to be friendly, extrovert and playful. I believe I am also a person that can take on responsibilities, and all of my friends tell me that I am courageous person, who likes to speak his mind and express his feelings and opinions, while also listening to others’. I think I am a kind guy, I have a lot of friends, and I always try to find time to spend with them. Finally, the last thing I would like to add is my ability to adapt in various ways to another environment even with different people. One way I think I could familiarize with you is by sharing my culture in many ways, for example by preparing some traditional Italian dishes, while learning more about yours.
