Dear American Family,
I am a teenage girl from a small size family. I live with both of my parents and my big brother. I am quite introverted and extroverted at the same time. I mostly get along with my brother since he is the closest to me and he understands me more than the rest of my family.
I enjoy drawing cartoon characters, surfing on social media to watch funny and interesting videos. Going to public places like the zoo as i have a dire love for animals, hiking in the parks. I love dining out as well. Reading is one of my favourite hobbies especially novel-type books.
At home I am always expected to clean the dishes whenever I am done, helping my mom to cook dinner, feeding the street birds each morning on top of our roof.
With my family we mostly enjoy boarding in the car and visiting our relatives from other cities, going in remote areas to stay for a week. Sitting in circle to reminisce about our childhood memories and funny moments.
I have two close friends: my cousin and my classmate. My cousin is a very shy person, we enjoy playing video games together and visiting other family relatives. She is a very funny-like person, almost laughing at everything. My other close friend is one who shares the same interests as me, we are the school's nerds as we are study-driven. On the weekends, she either comes to my place or I go to hers.
My city is a bit of a mix of traditional and modern. The common value is about helping each other no matter what. The best things about it are its resorts like waterfalls and camping areas.
I am planning on becoming a great architect as i am really fond of designing great mansions for my skills to be recognized worldwide. I would love to develop a huge company back in my country to help the economy of my country and reduce the
unemployment rate which will make the education cost affordable to parents.
I want my dear host family to know that I can easily adapt to any family rules and situations. The traditional and modern values that my parents taught me will definitely make me a very respectful and engaged kid in your family. Through this exchange program I would like to acquire practical knowledge which lack our schools due to lack of fund, as well as learning more about a new community far different from mine.
Thank you for accepting to host me in your family!
