Dear Host Family Hello! My name is Tymofii, and I am incredibly happy to have the opportunity to stay with you and experience life in your country. I have always dreamed of traveling, discovering new cultures and improving my English. This exchange program is a chance for me to develop, make new friends and experience unforgettable moments. In addition to the love of new experiences, I am passionate about sports, especially breakdancing. I have been dancing since childhood, and now I even work as a breakdancing coach in Ukraine. Breakdancing is not just a hobby for me, it is a way of life, it is an Olympic sport that I am very passionate about and it motivates me even more to train and compete. If I have the opportunity to live in the USA, I would like to continue my studies, attend dance master classes and participate in various competitions. I also understand if this is not possible. I can’t wait to meet people who share my passion for dancing and exchange skills with them and, of course, I would even like to take part in a real American breakdancing battle! In addition to dancing, I like to play basketball, be active and challenge myself in different ways. I also like to ride a BMX bike and skateboard, it gives me a sense of freedom and adventure. Exploring new interesting places on a bike or skateboard is the only thing that in Ukraine the roads are really bad and it can be very uncomfortable and traumatic, so I want to try to skate in America and feel the freedom. I also love trying new dishes and would be happy to learn about your favorite dishes and even help in the kitchen, I think I can cook quite well. I consider myself an open, friendly and energetic person. I am always open to meeting new people, sharing experiences and learning from others. I believe that every culture has something unique to offer and I am happy to embrace new traditions while sharing a part of my own. Living with a host family will be a new experience for me. I appreciate the opportunity to live in another country, meet new people and their way of life. I am ready to follow the family rules, help with household chores and communicate, but at the same time maintain my personal space. I hope that this experience will be interesting and useful for all of us.
