Hi, my name is Alejandro and I am 14 years old, I will be 15 in July. I am very excited to have the opportunity to study in the US. I consider myself a calm, shy and familiar person and I am also responsible. I really want to live this experience, and I would like to know more about the United Sates, the history, culture and the way you live. Thanks for hosting me, I will be more than happy and will do my best to adapt to your family and your traditions. I enjoy being with friends and I also like little kids. My favourite sports are tennis and downhill skiing and I would like to practice in the US. I have also played soccer at school but right now I am focused on tennis and skiing. Apart from sports, I enjoy music very much, I used to play instruments, guitar and piano, but currently I prefer just listening. I have a group of friends and we like spending time together, going to see a movie, going out for dinner and being together. I travel often with my family, we are very close and also with cousins, aunts and uncles. We spend time in holidays in a small town in the south of Spain, where the weather is sunnier than at my home town. We also visit Madrid frequently where most of my relatives live. My mum has also lived in the US for a year and it was a great experience for her. She is teaching me a few of the most typical Spanish recipes so I can share with you if you like. Again, I am looking forward to this experience not only to improve my English but also to create great memories and experiences with your family. Thanks Alejandro
