Dear Host Family, I would like to introduce myself to you and let you know a little about me so that you will understand why I would be a good choice to living with you and your family, and to get to know the life in US. My name Gael. My mother is Cristina and my father is David. I have one sister and one brother, both are older than me, Andrea studies Marketing & Advertising at the university, She was studying one scholarship year in Indiana, US. She loved it!! Marcos is studyng in same school than me. I also have a pet, a lovely shih-tzu dog called Sulty. We live in a house with a nice garden. I have my own room as my brother and sister. I enjoy meeting with friends in my spare time, going to the cinema, eating in a nice restaurant, or just hanging out and talking. I also like to surf the internet. I love sports...I play soccer in a team, i train three times a week and play a match during the weekend. Some weekends we travel to tournaments. I love soccer. I am very anxious to see, learn and practice american sports as baseball, basketball or football. I also helped my father to train a soccer team. Beside sports listening music is my other favourite hobby. I love travelling. With my family I travelled to Italy, France, Germany, Portugal and New York, my favourite city. I am curious to visit and know lot of places in US. My reasons for choosing to live and study one year in US are quite simple.I love to visit other countries and to meet new people. Coming to live in US with a family is a great way for me to improve my English. I would really like to be able to get lots of practical experiences which will be able to help me in my future.
