Dear Host family, Thank you so much for willing to participate in the exchange program and letting me be a part of your family for one year. I am a german girl who just started ninth grade. I want to try new things and explore the world including America.I want to learn about the American culture and share your life. I love manga, acting, space and animals. I am a very curious, creative, nice , open minded and smart person.I enjoy playing sports such as dancing and skating, I like to act and read and going on walks especially longer ones.I am fluent in german and look forward to be fluent in english too.It makes me happy to help anyone especially animals. I have been playing harp since around 4 years and I like it. I like acting and hope to join the theatre club in America. Since my school doesn’t have a cheer team I would be interested in trying out for the cheer team, but I understand if that’s not possible. I want to join school clubs and try new things. My dad is a chemist and loves reading as much as I do. My mom works for the nature and loves sewing. I have a younger brother who is around five years younger than me. We are a close family and I hope to be a part of your family as well. I want to teach you about German culture and learn about American culture as well.
