Dear Host family, My name is Martin and I live in France, in the south near the Atlantic, the Mediterranean sea and the Pyrénées ! I have a little sister. My mom works in an engineering school and my father works in a flight school. My family is very funny, we laugh a lot 😂 ! We like to do activities all together, like games or sports ! I also have a dog, Pixie ! It’s a very cute brown labrador ! I have a lot of friends, but I will talk about two of them : first, there is David, I go to the high school by bike with him and he’s really funny. And there is Jeremy. He is my best friend for 10 years and I do a lot of things with him. We like to do sports together and do other activities like going to the movies or the museum. But unfortunately, we are not in the same high school… During my normal week, I go to the high school from monday to friday. Wednesday and Friday, I practice tennis. Saturday morning, I have my drum’s lesson. The week-ends, I try not to get bored ! But I always find something ! I really like to be with my friends. Sometimes we do sports, sometimes we go bowling or to the movies. I like every sport, but I prefer racket sports. I really like to draw, but I don’t like to paint, I prefer pencil ! I like to cook, but sometimes what comes out of the oven wasn’t planned 😂 ! I really like to have good times, however I also like to have my privacy moments. I think I am a good person ! I am patient, polite and kind ! My relatives think that I am… special ! That means that I have a lot of ideas, I have a big imagination ! I think I am serious and invest in what I do. I’m very open-minded. I would like to go in your country because I want to have a better level in English, but above all to live an amazing experience. In a near future, I would like to study in an American or English university. I hope I will progress a lot, but first and foremost, I want to have good times with you ! I chose the United-States because it has always been a destination that makes me dream ! I've already had experience with a host family last summer for three weeks, which went perfectly well. I know how the system works. I hope after my visit, you will want to know more about France and even visit my beautiful country. I would also like you to keep a good souvenir of me !
