Arthur
's Letter
Dear future host family,
I write this letter with great enthusiasm, as I am excited about the possibility of being part of your family. My name is Arthur, and I hope these words provide insight into who I am and what motivates me.
I have a special passion for sports, especially basketball, table tennis and swimming. Additionally, I have a great interest in areas related to technology, such as computer programming. These activities provide me with not only fun moments, but also valuable lessons about teamwork, discipline, and overcoming challenges.
The idea of living in the United States is exciting to me, and I look forward to absorbing all the cultural richness the country has to offer. I know it may not be possible to join a basketball team or specific technology classes at an American school, but I am willing to try new activities and join available school clubs.
I understand the importance of building solid and lasting relationships. I am a friendly, respectful and dedicated person to the people around me. I value open communication and am willing to contribute to a welcoming and positive family environment.
If some of this information hasn't been covered, allow me to share a little more about my life in Brazil. I have a good relationship with my family, and at home, we share special moments. I have close friends and I am actively involved in school, always seeking to learn and grow.
As for why I want to study in a high school in the USA, this is due to the unique opportunity for cultural immersion, improvement of the English language and access to quality education. Furthermore, I want to expand my horizons, develop new skills and prepare myself for future educational and professional challenges.
As for the future, I intend to continue my education, exploring possible areas of study in a college and, perhaps, pursuing a career in technology.
Thank you in advance for your consideration and for the opportunity to share my life with you. I look forward to the possibility of us meeting and sharing unforgettable experiences.
Yours sincerely,
Arthur
