Dear my Host family
Hello. I’m Arisa. I am from Japan.
I want to experience American culture such as Christmas and Halloween with you. Also, I like traveling, so I want to make memories by going on a trip together. I can dress my you in yukata and tell them about Japan.
The school I go to has many interesting people and I enjoy talking with them every day. I'm in the dance club, so I dance after school. It’s really fun to dance with everyone. After school, we often go to eat ramen and study at Starbucks. On holidays, I do Japanese dance and go shopping with my family.
I like to try new things. I thought I could develop myself more by going to an environment where nobody knew me. Also, since America is many times larger than Japan, I decided to participate in this program because I thought I could broaden my horizons and become a more humane person by meeting many people.
I want to study liberal arts in an international environment at university. I would like to become a cabin crew in the future. I want to be a cool cabin crew flying around the world.
I am a family of three, my mother and younger brother. My mother went abroad a lot. All the stories she tells me about foreign countries are interesting. My younger brother is smart and funny. I like the time when the two of us talk while eating snacks. I am spending every day receiving a lot of love from my family.
Thank you for accepting me as a member of your family. I want to make many memories with you and become a real family. Also, I want to tell you a lot about the good points of Japan. The year I spent with you in America will be a treasure in my life. I'm looking forward to seeing you.
Best wishes,
Arisa
