Dear host family, Thank you very much for making this possible for me by considering me as your host student! I am Theo. I consider myself to be a very open, cheerful and adventurous person. I love to do sports in my free time. From handball, soccer and basketball to swimming, diving, mountain biking and trampolining. Exercise is simply the perfect balance to school. I also love cooking pancakes for my family on Sunday mornings or playing board games with them in the evenings. Watch out! I always win at Monopoly ;-) This year abroad is the fulfillment of a long-awaited dream of mine. I've always traveled a lot with my parents and I still love travelling, but actually living in another country for a whole year is something completely different. Getting to know new people and a new culture and actually experiencing the annual cycle in a foreign environment. My family already has experience of enabling the experience of an exchange year. My sister did a high school exchange in 2023 and came back with so many great memories that now I am eager to get this kind of experience as well. I am well aware that I also have obligations as part of your family and I will do my best to support you in everyday life. I am very much looking forward to meeting you soon!
