Dear host family,
I'm a French girl and I like to try new things and I want to explore the world, including America. I want to learn more about American culture and share your life.
I love watching movies, series or anime. I'm a very sociable person, simple, creative, jovial, academic and fun-loving. I enjoy sports such as soccer, strength training and basketball. I speak French and some Spanish, and look forward to becoming fluent in English. I love to eat and discover new dishes.
I've been playing soccer for 7 years, and it always brightens up my day when I play soccer. I love playing sports and hope to join a school sports team in America. I understand that I may not be able to join my school's sports team, so I'm hoping to sign up for a team on the side. My father works at the town hall in our town. My mother works 80% as a childcare worker. My sister is 10 years older than me and has just finished her master's degree (bac + 5). She's just bought an apartment with her boyfriend. My brother is 8 years older than me and has been living with his girlfriend for 4 years now. I get on very well with my brother-in-law and my sister-in-law.
We are a close family and I hope to be part of your family too.
I don't have many friends, but I can count on them no matter what.
I think French gastronomy is an integral part of French culture so I would be happy to share the beauty of French culture with my host family. I would also like to show my host family how we celebrate different holidays.
I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my future host family for the warm welcome you are ready to offer me. At the dawn of this new adventure, the idea of joining your home fills my heart with excitement and gratitude. Your openness and willingness to welcome a new member into your family are gestures that don't go unnoticed, and I already feel a deep sense of gratitude towards you. I look forward
to future encounters and shared moments in your home. Thank you sincerely for offering me this opportunity that goes beyond a simple place to live, and for the human warmth you seem willing to share.
I'm grateful for the opportunity to start this new chapter in my life with people as welcoming as you.
Best regards
Anais
