's Letter

My name is Carlos, and I would love to introduce myself in this letter. I am very excited about the opportunity to go to the United States and study there for an academic year. I have always seen it as a fascinating country, and I am eager to immerse myself in its culture, language, customs, people, and places. I believe that studying in the U.S. will give me all these experiences and an unforgettable adventure. Let me tell you a little about myself and my family: There are four people and a dog in my family. My mother, Nieves, is an artist She is kind and takes great care of our family. My father, Antonio, is an computer engineer. He is happy, generous, and loves doing activities with us. I have a twin brother named Dani. Besides being my brother, he is also my friend. We do many things together and get along very well. We also have our dog, Scooby, the little one of the family. I absolutely love animals. My whole family enjoys sports, which is why I am passionate about them as well. I love playing soccer, tennis, and padel, as well as skiing and athletics. However, my true passion is soccer, which I dedicate myself to four days a week. I play for the soccer team in my city. I consider myself a brave person who enjoys challenges. I love spending time with my family and friends, traveling, and discovering new cultures and places, but I am also open to all kinds of new experiences. I am creative, generous, and enjoy meeting new people. From a young age, I became familiar with American culture and daily life through my favorite TV shows. From the age of five until I was twelve, I loved coming home from school and watching series like iCarly, 100 Things to Do Before High School, Henry Danger, Big Time Rush, and High School Musical. Many times, I watched them in their original version to learn your language. In the future, I would like to become a firefighter and train as an Emergency Medical Technician. I am an empathetic person who enjoys helping others, and my parents have instilled the value of volunteering in me since I was very young. I have a great group of friends with whom I share my hobbies and studies. I am extremely excited to meet you! Best regards, Carlos
