Dear Host Family
Hi! I’m Rin.
I want to go to various places with you. And I want to cook together. For example, I would like to cook American or Japanese food together. I belong area study club and photo club. The area study club is doing an inheritance of local culture and volunteer activities. The photo club has sometimes tournaments, so I participate. I like to take pictures as a hobby as well, so I always have my camera with me when I go out. I’m looking forward to seeing what kind of pictures I can take in the U.S.
I decided to participate in this program because, I want to learn about the differences between Japan and U.S. in culture, and habits, at home and at school. I am curious because I think school classes and events are totally different in the U.S. and Japan. I would like to work abroad in the future. I like learning about biology, so I would like to work in the biological field.
I am a family of six. I have a father, a mother, and three sisters. My father is a doctor. He likes diving and I have been diving with him since I was a junior high school student. My mother is a pharmacist. She well making bread and it tastes better than the bread sold in the supermarket. My first sister is a university student. She also went to South Africa to study abroad. She is now working hard as a medical student abroad. My second sister is a high school student now. She also went to Ireland to study abroad. She is studying hard for her college entrance exams. My third sister is my twin sister. She has also decided to go to Canada to study abroad. She is very skillful and good at cooking and sewing.
Thank you for having me as a member of your family. I hope we can have a good time together.
