Ayami
's Letter
Dear Host family,
Hello, I'm Ayami. This time, I will introduce myself.
At first, I have an introverted personality, but when I get used to it, I think I have a cheerful and energetic personality. First of all, the reason why I wanted to study abroad was that I went to Florida on my 10th birthday. I had a lot of experiences then. I spoke in English with a child I met in Florida. At that time, I couldn't speak English very well, and I wanted to communicate more, but I couldn't. However, I was happy that I could speak English by myself. From there, I began to want to improve my English skills, talk in English on my own, have a good time, and have a cultural exchange. So I want to make good memories by communicating with my host family and going on trips.
I am good at calligraphy and origami. I can do Japanese tea ceremony a little.
I want to experience and enjoy Japanese culture together by making cranes with origami, drinking matcha in the tea ceremony, and actually writing letters with ink in calligraphy.
Also, I like to eat delicious food. I'm happy when I'm eating delicious food. I want to have a good time together, eating delicious food and cooking Japanese food. I can make miso soup, tamagoyaki, curry, and rice I definitely want to eat it together.
There are many things I want to do with my host family, but number one, I want to communicate and have a fun and happy time. I want to go to fun sightseeing spots together, play badminton, play tennis, watch movies, and have a good time together.
I still don't understand English, so I think there are times when I get in trouble. However, I will try my best to communicate with you, so I appreciate your cooperation.
I look forward to seeing you. Thank you.
Ayami
