Dear host family, my name is Lilith, but I am called Lily. I would like to spend my year abroad in the USA for a year. I would like to see more of America than I know so far, improve my English and meet friends for life and live in a host family with which I still have contact later. The most important point why I want to make an exchange is that I love to get to know new things and experience adventures. I live in a small village in the countryside in Germany, I like it there even if I would like to study in the city later (I'm also thinking about going to university in the USA). Me and my family travel a lot, once also to Florida, so I could already see a lot of the world, also through my boarding school I have many friends all over the world, at the Holliday I visit them often. In my free time, I read a lot, play volleyball, tutor and cook/bake. I would describe myself as a curious, optimistic, helpful and friendly person. I live in a boarding school and I really like it here, at the weekend and in the holidays I am home, I have great friends here and a good time. I would like it when I can cook and bake in my year in the USA for my host family, the most time I bake but my family teach me how to cook, I already can cook a lot dishes.
