Dear host family, First I wanted to thank you for taking part in this program and accepting to take me in your family. I'm a French girl, and what I love most of all is travelling and beginning a new adventure as my exchange year. I'd like to discover American’s culture and traditions by sharing with you joyful and funny moments. I'm a very creative, funny, determined, open-minded ,artistic and optimistic girl. I enjoy listening music and singing (but just at home because I'm not a very good singer.) I play piano at home for few years. I like swimming, surfing, skiing. But my passion is dance, I practice dance since I'm 5 years old ! In America, I hope I could join the cheerleaders team or the dance team but I would understand if that is not possible. I'm still open to all sports. My mother is a dermatologist, she likes hiking and reading. My father is a surgeon and he likes learning about the new technology.I have one sister and two brothers older than me and a half brother. I have a big family, we are very close and I hope becoming a part of your family. In France, we have a lot of traditions such as the nativity scene for Christmas, the national day on the 14th of July or the epiphany day with the king's cake. I will make you discover the French music and also the French food (the gratin dauphinois, foie gras, the ratatouille, the tapenade and a lot of others things ;) When I see all the exchanges students who are living the best experience of their lives, it makes me more motivated than I'm already.
