Dear Host Family,
Thanks for considering, having me as your exchange student and allowing me to live with your family.
I am very interested in doing new things and meeting new people. I enjoy doing sports, such as handball and swimming. I speak two different languages, German and French and I am looking forward to speaking english fluently. I have already been the USA 2 times and I am looking forward to staying there for a whole year. In the USA im looking forward to join the school´s football team, because it was always a dream of mine. I wanted to join a football team in Germany, but there are very few and if there are, then they are only in the big cities. I have a really big family and enjoy being with them. I don´t have siblings, but I have many cousins, that are like siblings to me. I also have 3 step-siblings with whom I have a great relationship. On the weekends, I enjoy meeting with friends or spending time with my parents. At home my chores are walking with the dog, taking out the trash, cleaning the room of my rabbit and sometimes I have to help my grandma with her household. I have no allergies and I eat everything. My friends would describe me as ambitious, humorous, athletic, fair, open-minded, curious and kind. Almost every holidays I am travelling new countries, such as Egypt, USA, Lithuania, Turkey, Arab Emirates, Mexico, Italy, Spain, France, Czech Republic, Thailand, Belgium, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal and Brazil. I would also say, that I can live indepent, because I have already been in other countries without my parents. Till the exchange year I will have completed 10th grade and after school I´d like to study law. I did an Internship at a law firm, because I wanted to see, what it was really like and I could consider working in this job.
I am really excited to become a part of your family and sharing unforgettable memories with you. I am looking forward to meeting you and spending my time at your house. Thanks for giving me this chance and letting me live with you for 1 whole year.
Best regards, Canel.
