Dear host families, My name is Matilde. I would like to join this exchange student program because I'm interested in learning about life and the way people live in a different country. I enjoy outdoor activities, in my country I play field hockey and really like doing all kinds of sports, but I'm not necessarily good at all of them. Personally, I prefer cold places a lot more than hot places mainly because I enjoy winter sports and would like to learn about ice hockey. I like animals, especially cats (I have two of them) but I enjoy spending time with any pet. One of my hobbies is cooking, mainly baking things like cookies and sweet things, but I'm good with anything really. I am a pretty extroverted person so I don't think I would have much of a problem communicating my problems with you or socializing in school and other places even though I might be a little bit nervous at first.
