AYUSA Acceptance for High School Study Abroad
After your phone interview, your application will be reviewed at our San Francisco Headquarters, and we will determine if you will receive acceptance into your selected program. Typically you are notified of AYUSA acceptance one to two weeks after your phone interview.
After receiving acceptance by AYUSA, your completed application will be sent to our overseas partners for review. Our partners reserve the right to make a final decision on acceptance for each student. It is extremely rare for a student to receive AYUSA acceptance and not be accepted by our overseas partners.
AYUSA will notify you in writing of your acceptance into our program. At that time we will also provide you with access to the student section of our website where you will find helpful pre-departure, in-country and post-program information.
If for any reason you are not accepted into the Study Abroad program your enrollment deposit will be fully refunded, less a $150 application processing fee. If you have worked closely with one of our program advisors during your application process it is rare that an applicant will not accepted into their program of choice. Please familiarize yourself with our payment and cancellation policies.
