Meet Our Staff
Who is Ayusa Global Youth Exchange? We are a diverse and dedicated group of individuals who are committed to the mission and benefits of international student exchange. Through experiences as diverse as teaching English in a foreign country to hosting a student in our own home, we have a unique understanding of how one cross-cultural connection can impact a family, community, or nation. Our goal is to create and maintain exchange programs that will produce culturally-aware world leaders and global citizens both in the United States and abroad.
Field Operations Team
Our Field Operations Team works with over 480 local staff members and 1500 host families nationwide to provide a smooth and high quality exchange program for all participants.
Partner and Participant Services Team
Our Partner and Participant Services Team works closely with partners and students in over 40 countries to support over 1500 students while they are on program.
Grants Team
Our Grants Team manages all stages of the CBYX, FLEX, and YES grant programs from writing grant proposals through student selection, and offers program support for all Grants students.
Ayusa Study Abroad Team
Our Study Abroad Team develops and runs study abroad programs for American and Canadian high school students in over 13 countries. They are committed to creating life-changing experiences for American and Canadian youth.
Regional Manager Team
Our Regional Managers work in offices across the country, providing support and assistance to all students, host families, schools, and staff.
Outreach Team
As the first point of contact for thousands of families across the country and over 400 field staff members, the Outreach team teaches new families about the exchange program, answers host family questions, and manages all new field staff recruitment.
