Hou from Tawain Experiences Her First Thanksgiving
My first THANKSGIVING EXPERIENCE was AWESOME!!!
In the morning I went to Turkey Trot. I joined the Girl Scout dance class where we had a performance. That was really fun even though the weather was freezing!
Then we went back home to start cooking. This was my first time I saw the whole turkey, not just a little piece. I saw my grandmother put the turkey in a box and fry it.

It tasted really good. I ate a lot.

I had a lot of fun. Gumbo and stuffing with pepper are the dishes I never had before. Those are really good.

Hou's host sister and fellow chef!

My sisters told me I am lucky because my first gumbo experience is from my grandmother because her gumbo was yummy. I loved the stuffing pretty much, though I don’t know what was inside the stuffing. It was just really good! And I made cupcakes, rolls, brownie and cake rolls with my sisters.
We went shopping with our friend in Wal-Mart at midnight. The people there were really crazy. That was really funny. I will keep those experiences forever. They are my precious memories.
Thank you to Hou for sharing her experience with us! Enjoy her Thanksgiving pictorial!
