Student Ambassador Program

Ayusa is excited to offer the Student Ambassador opportunity to American high school students who are interested in exchange students and different cultures. Student Ambassadors are mature, responsible and friendly teenagers that serve as a resource for Ayusa Community Representatives.

This volunteer position is designed for active and welcoming American high school students who are passionate about helping foreign exchange students in their community feel more comfortable in their new surroundings. Student Ambassadors increase personal awareness and provides an opportunity to have a global impact in local communities. They are able to make new friends around the world and boost their college applications.

Ayusa field staff benefit by the Student Ambassador Program by having an increased awareness of school opportunities, additional help in planning student events and being a support for exchange students in their own high schools who may find their new environment overwhelming at first.

By providing this unique opportunity, our Community Representatives have an additional layer of support when working with exchange students in their community.
