Trips & Travel
As an Ayusa exchange student, we are excited to offer you the opportunity to discover different parts of America during your spring vacation. From the urban east coast cities of New York and Washington D.C. to the natural beauty of California and Hawaii – our travel partner Belo USA has organized diverse trips that explore the culture and beauty of the United States. These unique adventures are designed to provide you with memories that will last a lifetime!
In order to participate in a trip, please be aware of a few important things:
- You must submit an Ayusa Travel Request Form, signed by your Regional Manager.
- You must be in ‘good standing’ with Ayusa and not have received a warning or probation letter.
- All trips are organized around spring break – you may not miss school while on a trip.
- If you wish to travel, you must use our authorized tour company, Belo USA.
- All Ayusa rules will be enforced on Belo USA trips and you are subject to disciplinary actions on Belo USA trips.
- Ayusa students are only permitted to travel with Belo USA tour company.
- For further information regarding travel while on program, please read the Ayusa Travel Policy Guide, or ask your Community Representative.
Once you have obtained permission from your Regional Manager, you can get started on choosing your adventure from the Belo USA website. Please use the login: Ayusa2011 and Password: ADVENTURE. After you submit your reservation fee of $200, Belo USA will confirm your trip. Remember that space is limited, so allow yourself enough time to plan for your trip!
