AYUSA and Sister Cities International (SCI) have joined hands in order to provide Sister Cities members with greater, more expansive youth exchange opportunities. Through AYUSAs vast network of international associates, SCI may now welcome students from over 70 countries worldwide, while taking full advantage of AYUSAs administrative operations and J-1 program benefits.

The AYUSA/Sister Cities partnership reflects our shared belief that by embracing young people through exchange, we help foster meaningful friendship, greater insight and a more peaceful world. SCI members may help promote these ideals by hosting an AYUSA student, placing and supervising students as an AYUSA Community Representative or facilitating the Study Abroad program for American students interested in studying overseas. Whether the goal is to enhance an existing SCI youth program or explore a brand new direction, AYUSA is committed to providing SCI groups and individuals with rewarding cross-cultural experiences.
